Hedendaagse Afrikaanse muziek - Beatzone NDSM

De les Afrikaanse hedendaagse dans is een combinatie van traditionele Afrikaanse dans en hedendaagse dans. De basis bestaat uit traditionele Afrikaanse dans, waarbij de voeten op het ritme van de muziek bewegen. Er is altijd contact met de aarde, haar energie en de omgeving. Afrikaanse hedendaagse dans wordt gekenmerkt door golvende en vloeiende bewegingen van de wervelkolom.

In mijn lessen staat plezier altijd voorop. Er heerst een ontspannen sfeer, waarbij de nadruk ligt op samenwerken, contact maken en het beste uit de deelnemers halen.

De les Afrikaanse hedendaagse dans is:

Een krachtige en energieke training voor het lichaam;
Werken aan de basishouding van het lichaam;
Werken aan coördinatie, kracht, gronding en flexibiliteit;
Krachttraining;
Het opbouwen van een sterk centrum en een sterke rug;
Bewegen op verschillende muziekstijlen;
En plezier hebben in het dansen.

The African Contemporary dance class is a combination of African traditional dance and Contemporary dance. The base consists of African traditional dance where feet move in rhythm with the music. There is always contact with the earth, her energy and her surroundings. African Contemporary dance is characterized by an undulating and smooth movement with the spine.

In my class fun always comes first. A relaxed atmosphere prevails with the focus on working together, making contact and get the best out of the students are important.

The African Contemporary dance class is:

  • A powerful and energetic training for the body;
  • Working on the basic attitude of the body;
  • Working on coordination, strength, grounding and flexibility;
  • Power training;
  • Building a strong center and back;
  • Moving on different styles of music;
  • And having fun in dancing.
