African Contemporary dance workshop with live African percussion!
African Contemporary dance is a combination of West-African traditional dance and Contemporary dance. During this workshop you will be guided in the African Contemporary dance technique step by step and you’ll explore the possibilities of your body and spine. While your feet dance on different rhythms of the music and get grounded.
The workshop is open to everyone with or without any dance experience, so that everyone can experience the joy of dancing!
African Contemporary dance will give you:

- Freedom in the body to move
Move your body on African beats and enjoy the freedom in this dance technique.
In my class fun always comes first. A relaxed atmosphere, working together, making contact and get the best out of the students are important.
