DESCRIPTION:CUBAN SALSA – Lady Style & AFRICAN CONTEMPORARY Dance Workshop by Anna Valentini & Simone Heijloo \nEnjoy these two (!) special dance techniques! \n* Find your feminine style in dance \n* Become more flexibile in your body and spine \n* Get grounded \n* And dance on different rhythms and music \nCUBAN SALSA – Lady Style by ANNA VALENTINI (Dancer\, Teacher & Award winning dancer in Carribean dances): \nIn this workshop you will know and practice Cuban Salsa with a former Cuban and Puerto Rican Style Salsa National Champion. \nThe focus will be on the well-known Cuban “Lady Style”: you will learn how to play with rhythms\, movements and of course with your femininity! \nThe class will be divided in 3 parts: Warm-up and brief Introduction\, “Lady” Movement Research\, Choreography and Performance. \nGet or improve your “Lady Style” moves for your next Salsa night! \nAFRICAN CONTEMPORARY by SIMONE HEIJLOO (Dancer\, Teacher\, Choreographer & Movement coach): \nIn this workshop you’ll explore the possibilities of your body and spine.
